MARINATED FLANK STEAK OR LONDON BROIL | |
2 lb. steak 3/4 c. lime juice 6 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. catsup 1 minced garlic 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Trim fat and place steak in 9 x 13 inch dish. Combine ingredients well and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning occasionally. Grill each side basting with marinade until desired doneness. Cut diagonally across grain in thin slices. |
