FLANK STEAK OR LONDON BROIL 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. fresh mustard
1/2 c. olive oil

Pour over flank steak that has been pierced on both sides. Marinate at least 3 hours for flank steak and 5 hours for London Broil, turning several times. Barbecue. Serves 4.
