BROILED SWORDFISH WITH GINGER
SAUCE
 
1 swordfish steak, about 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. crushed yellow mustard seed
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Lemon wedges
Ginger Sauce

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper on both sides and then brush with butter. Combine mustard, mustard seeds and mayonnaise in small bowl. Brush steaks on both sides with the mustard mixture. Place swordfish on broiler pan about 4 to 5 inches from heat. Broil 4-5 minutes or until brown. Turn fish and broil on other side for 4 to 5 minutes or until done. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Serve with lemon slices and ginger sauce.

GINGER SAUCE:

4 tbsp. ground ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped Chinese parsley

Put all ingredients except parsley and pepper into saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add parsley and pepper immediately before serving, either hot or room temperature.
