BROILED COD PIQUANT 
4 cod fillets (fresh or thawed) (1 1/2 lbs.)
1/3 c. low-calorie Italian style dressing
4 lemon slices
4 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp. capers
Paprika
Parsley sprigs

Marinate fish fillets in the dressing 1 hour, turning once. Sprinkle both sides with paprika. Broil 3 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon slices topped with anchovy fillets rolled around capers and parsley. Makes 4 servings.
