1 lb. cod fillets 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes 1/4 tsp. pepper Saute pepper, onion and celery in butter; add tomatoes and seasonings. Pour over fish in a buttered pan and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. |
