LONDON BROIL 
2-3 lb. flank steak

MARINADE:

1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Marinate steak for at least six hours in a zip lock bag. Drain and save marinade. Grill steak to desired temperature and doneness. Slice diagonally and serve with heated marinade.
