SUPERB LONDON BROIL 
1/2 c. Lea & Perrins steak sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. onion, peeled and sliced thin
2 med. garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
1 1/2 lb. flank, round, or shoulder steak
Coarse salt and pepper to taste

In shallow glass pan, combine Lea & Perrins, lemon juice, onion and garlic. Add steak and turn to coat and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill. Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper and place on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill until desired doneness, 10-15 minutes for medium, basting often and turning once.
