STUFFED PUFFS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Prepare barbecue mixture (first 5 ingredients) and simmer for 30 minutes. While barbecue is simmering, separate rolls, pressing each roll firmly into cup of muffin tin. During last few minutes of simmering, add half of shredded cheese to barbecue mixture allowing it to melt slightly.

Fill each roll 3/4 full of mixture, being careful not to over fill. Top each cup with remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 10 "puffs."
