CHICKEN AND SPINACH DELIGHT 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
4 whole chicken breasts, boned & cut in half
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Squeeze excess liquid out of spinach on bottom of a greased 9"x13" baking dish. Put chicken pieces on top. Mix mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder together and sprinkle on chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
