CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 whole chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz. each)
2 sticks butter

Boil chicken breasts. Let cool then cut into cubes. Steam broccoli until tender but crisp. Butter bottom of casserole dish. Place chicken into bottom of dish and sprinkle broccoli over evenly.

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and lemon juice until soup is melted. Pour over broccoli. Top with dry seasoned stuffing. Melt butter and pour over dressing. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 15 people.
