BAKED TOMATOES 
2 med. ripe tomatoes
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash salt

Remove stems from tomatoes; halve crosswise. Arrange in a baking dish, cut sides up. Spread with mustard. Combine onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and salt; sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for 20 minutes or until heated through.

Serves 4.
