PEA MEDLEY 
1 c. water
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen English peas
1 (15 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (3 oz.) jar pearl onions
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos (optional)
1 tsp. Mazola butter, unsalted, unsweetened

Pour water in 2-quart boiler and bring to boil. Add English peas and cook for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, onions, butter; cook 5 more minutes. Drain water; garnish with pimentos.

Makes 10 servings.
