BISCUIT DOUGH PIZZA (TACO PIE)
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. thinly sliced lettuce
1/4 c. crumbled corn chips

In 10" skillet, over medium high heat, brown ground beef. Drain. Add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pat biscuit dough into 12" pizza pan, making 1/4" rim. Bake 10 minutes until golden.

Stir shredded cheese into beef mixture, spoon onto crust. Top with lettuce and corn chips. (I also add diced tomato and raw onion.)
