TACO PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 env. taco seasoning
1 can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack

Saute hamburger and onion. Drain. Add seasoning mix. Spread in 10 inch pie plate. Top with chilies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into plate. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
