12 lg. tomatoes 1 lg. can tomato paste 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 6 tbsp. vinegar 1 jar jalapeno peppers 1 can green chilies, diced 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic salt Run tomatoes through a food processor until coarsely chopped. Combine other ingredients and cook until thick about 2 hours, stirring often. Pour into prepared pint jars and seal. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. |
