Grated potato (one for each serving) Salt Flour Add salt to taste and enough flour to make a very stiff dough. Drop small amounts of the dough into boiling, salted water. Cook small Kluski for 10 minutes, large for 15 minutes. Stir almost continuously to prevent sticking. Drain and rinse under hot water. Serve with sour cream or salt pork. |
