STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
4 tbsp. self-rising flour
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. sweetened strawberries, drained (save the juice)
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1/2 c. water

Sift cake mix, Jello, and flour together. Add water, Wesson oil, egg and strawberries. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees in 3 layers for 20 to 30 minutes or until cake is brown.

Take juice and saturate the layers (take toothpick and poke holes in cake layers).

ICING:

1 stick butter, softened
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. sweetened strawberries, drained

Mix well. Keep refrigerated.
