1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries
2 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 box white cake mix

Thaw strawberries. Mix cake mix, Jello, and flour. Mix oil, water, and eggs together. When mixed, add strawberries. Bake per instructions on box.

Frosting: 3/4 stick butter and 1/2 package frozen strawberries. Add confectioners' sugar until frosting gets thick enough to spread.
