CHERYL'S SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans College Beef broth
1 tsp. allspice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. regular rice
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
1 can pineapple, chunks

Saute onions, pepper, celery and sausage until vegetables are clear and meat is crumbly. Add rice, liquid and rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.

Can be cooked in electric skillet or stove top on very low flame.
