PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 onion, chopped
2 c. raw rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Parsley
3 1/2 c. boiling water
4 bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper

Brown sausage and chopped onion in skillet. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water before adding. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
