PORK SAUSAGE SPECIAL | |
Shape 1 lb. pork sausage into patties. Brown patties in frying pan; drain off fat. Arrange in layers in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish: 4 med. potatoes, sliced 2 c. cream style corn Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Place sausage patties on top of vegetables. Pour 2/3 cup tomato juice over mixture. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
