ONION CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 large white onions, sliced
2 large red onions, sliced
12 green onions, sliced (with some green tops, too)
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper (white if you have)
4 c. Havarti cheese or Swiss
3/4 c. dry white wine or use chicken broth

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam. Separate onions into rings, put layer of each into dish, then some cheese and butter. Repeat. Pour over wine or broth.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. If onion and cheese start to get brown, cover with foil.
