PEANUT BUTTER CRUMB BALLS | |
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats 1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or butterscotch chips 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Mix all ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs. Shape into 1-inch balls. Lightly coat balls in graham cracker crumbs and refrigerate for 1 hour or more before serving. Makes 2 dozen. Submitted by: Tiffini Friesen |
