CHINESE GRIT 
Fry:

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Drain fat, then add:

1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, cut

In covered sauce pan, simmer 20 minutes:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Mix meat and rice mixtures. Add:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts, drained

Stir, fry until heated through. Serve over hard Chinese noodles.
