GARLIC - CHEESE GRITS 
1/4 lb. butter
1-1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. cooked grits
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 clove garlic, grated
2 beaten egg whites

Cook grits until done but not too stiff. Add all but egg whites while hot. Let cool. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees or until lightly brown on top.
