GLORIFIED GRITS 
2 c. grits
1 tbsp. salt
8 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Cook grits in water and salt until thick. Mix in other ingredients reserving some cheese for top. Bake 1 hour in moderate oven. This is great for serving a large group (tastes like corn). Good with bar-b-que.
