CHEESE GRITS 
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. quick grits
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. Lawry salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 block butter (Kraft)
3 eggs, well beaten

Combine water, salt and grits. Cook about 5 minutes. Add Velveeta cheese, Lawry salt, Tabasco sauce and butter to hot grits and let cool. Add eggs and mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
