STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD | |
3 c. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans 2 c. sliced, frozen strawberries Combine all dry ingredients except nuts. Add eggs, oil, strawberries, and pecans. Stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans (9 x 5 x 2). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. This bread freezes well. |
