STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sliced frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries, and nuts. Stir until all the ingredients are moist. Spoon batter into 2 well-greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
