MACARONI AND GROUND BEEF | |
1 lb. box elbow macaroni 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup 1 med. onion 1 lb. ground beef 4 slices American cheese 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Boil macaroni according to directions on box. Drain macaroni and set aside. In same pot combine 2 cans of tomato soup, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper. Melt cheese in soup mixture. Add meat and macaroni and stir together. Heat together for 5 minutes and serve. Serves four. |
