1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. cracker crumbs or oatmeal
1 egg
1/4 c. onion, optional
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Accent
2 c. grated cheese
1 loaf French bread

Combine all ingredients except cheese and bread. Cut French bread lengthwise and spread the meat mixture on the bread. Wrap in foil. Place on cookie sheet. When almost done unwrap and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
