MEATBALL APPETIZERS 
3-4 slices bread with water (soak bread & wring out excess water)
3 eggs
3 lb. ground chuck
Salt, pepper & garlic salt

Mix above ingredients and form approximately 100 small meatballs.

1 bottle ketchup & refill bottle with water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Make sauce of above ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cook in uncovered Dutch oven or large pan over very low heat for 1 1/2 hours until sauce has been absorbed.
