CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate (2 inch sqs.)
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix thoroughly butter, sugar, egg, chocolate, milk, and vanilla. Stir in other ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Should be soft.

Icing with milk chocolate icing.
