PORK CHOPS WITH RICE AND GRAVY 
Fry pork chops on top of stove; salt, pepper and flour. Add water. Turn heat down to steam chops until tender. Take chops up. Pour off grease except for 1 tablespoon. Leave drippings. Add one can of chicken broth and flour or cornstarch to thicken.

In the meantime, fix minute rice. When rice is done, combine rice, gravy and chops. Or serve all three separately.
