CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans boned chicken
2 sm. cans evaporated milk (or 11 oz.)
1 can water chestnuts, diced
1 sm. can Chinese noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix thoroughly; put in buttered oblong pan; top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered. This is excellent dish in case guests are late.
