CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. Chinese noodles
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 soup can warm water

Brown beef, add onion and celery and cook. In large casserole combine soups, rice and soy sauce, 1/2 can Chinese noodles, peas and warm water. Add meat mixture and cover with remaining noodles. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover and cook 1/2 hour.
