HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced chicken, cooked
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
grated cheese
Chinese noodles

Mix ingredients together, topping out with grated cheese and Chinese noodles to cover entire casserole. (Crushed potato chips may be substituted for Chinese noodles, if desired.)

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
