HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c. broken potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place in buttered casserole. Combine cheddar cheese and potato chips and spread over casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
