HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c. commercial mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded med. sharp yellow cheese
2/3 c. broken potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Turn into shallow oiled casserole

Combine cheese and potato chips and spread over top. Bake uncooked at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Feeds: 6 persons.
