"HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE" | |
2 c. diced, cooked chicken 2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2/3 c. crushed potato chips Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips; turn into shallow buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Combine cheese and potato chips and spread on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. |
