CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (5-6 oz.) can cashew nuts or salted halves in pkg.
1 or 2 c. diced celery
2 c. lg. chicken pieces (2 breasts oven roasted gives flavor; we use more chicken)
2 regular or 1 lg. can Chinese noodles (save some to sprinkle on top)
1 sm. pkg. potato chips for flavor
A little salt

Put in casserole in layers or mix with a large spoon. If mixture seems too dry, add 1/2 to 1 cup milk. Sprinkle noodles on top. Bake 40 minutes to an hour at 325 degrees. Serves 8-10. Bits of pimento may be added for color.
