CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
Doritos or corn tortillas baked in 350 degree oven until crisp
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped green chiles
4 tsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Mix soups, broth, chiles, onions, 1/2 cup cheese and spices. Layer sauce, chicken and chips. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
