POWDERED SUGAR COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour

Mix first five ingredients together, then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Chill a few hours or overnight.

Roll into small balls, then roll in sugar. Press down with a fork.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
