FISH ITALIANO 
1 lb. pkg. frozen fish (perch, cod, etc.)
2 tbsp. white wine optional
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish in oiled baking dish. Pour wine over fish. Salt and pepper the fish. Bake for 15 minutes.

Combine basil, garlic and tomato sauce. Pour over the fish. Top with cheeses. Bake 10-15 minutes longer.
