LIGHT & LEMONY FISH 
1-2 lbs. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Arrange fish in single layer in glass baking dish. Combine ingredients, pour over fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Remove fish, garnish with green onions and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
