LIGHT AND LEMONY FISH | |
2 lb. fresh or frozen sole, halibut or other firm white fish 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. lemon juice 4 tbsp. sherry (optional) 4 green onions, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. seasoned salt Arrange fish fillets in single layer. Combine ingredients. Pour over fish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Remove fish and garnish with green onions. Makes 4-6 servings. |
