LIGHT FISH WITH TOPPING 
4 tbsp. mayonnaise (reduced calorie)
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chives
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Dill, paprika, parsley, pepper (to taste)
Fish (1 1/2 lb. flounder, blue, etc.)

Mix all ingredients and sprinkle on top of fish. Bake fish around 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. (Cheese can be added at end if you are not watching your weight or cholesterol.)

Serves 4.
