FISH ITALIANO 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
6 frozen fish fillets, thawed (5-6 oz. each)
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 c. canned diced tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. white wine, optional

1. Saute onion in butter until transparent.

2. Pour into baking pan.

3. Place fish on top of onion. Sprinkle fillets lightly with salt, white pepper and garlic powder.

4. Place tomatoes on top of fish; sprinkle on parsley, basil and oregano; pour in wine if desired.

5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until easily flaked.

6. Serve fish, spooning pan juices on top of fillet.
