OATMEAL RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. oil

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl. Stir in oats and raisins. In another bowl, beat egg. Add milk and oil. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are wet, leaving batter lumpy. Fill greased muffin pans half full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
