HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple including juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan or Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed. (Hand mix only.)

Pour into pan and bake 1 hour 10 minutes. Cool on cake rack 25-30 minutes. Frost.
